When you request access or contact us, you may provide your name, shop name, email address, phone number, location and information about how your shop operates.
Shop account information
A customer account uses login information so the customer can reach their own POS environment. Password handling and access controls are used to protect that account.
Shop data
The POS may store product details and sales records needed to provide the service. Each KPOS customer gets a separate shop environment rather than sharing one customer database with every other shop.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the POS, support onboarding, respond to questions, operate customer accounts, maintain the service and investigate reliability or security issues.
Service providers
Infrastructure and communication providers may process limited information when needed to operate the service. We do not sell customer conversation or shop data to advertisers.
